A love letter to you...

Babyy, — if ever
you begin to doubt the love
that I have for you, just
remember that this is
merely a click
away.

  • I feel like we’re drifting apart more each day…

I’ve grown used to the distance. I don’t think I would give it much thought if you didn’t even text me for a week.

But I get to see you tomorrow. [:

  • The difference between you and him

is that I fell in love with you… while I never got the chance to with him…

  • I’m not gonna lie…

I still have some dormant feelings for Medve (which is exactly why I’m not going to see him)… What can I say? He was the first person who exhibited any serious interest in me in years while you didn’t even like me in that way and were only interested in fucking when we first got together. He broke up with his girlfriend after Kevin told him about me. A lot of unforgettable memories can be shared over a weekend together…

But I know your feelings for me are true, so I’m going to hold on a long as I can.

It’s going to be so difficult now that I’m no longer going to be able to spend everyday with you.

    Walk the Line (2oo5)

Careful what you wish for—When June Carter (Reese Witherspoon) told Johnny Cash (Joaquin Phoenix) that he could only speak to her when they were onstage, she never imagined a public proposal. “I have asked you 40 different ways, and it’s time you came up with a fresh answer…You’re my best friend. Marry me,” Johnny says to June. He faces the audience and tells them that he won’t finish the song until she says yes. He finishes the song.

    The Wedding Singer (1998)

A fine tune and a few good lyrics can also win over a girl’s heart. Robbie (Adam Sandler) plays a wedding singer who is madly in love with Julia (Drew Berrymore). He confesses his love on an airplane, singing a few sweet words, “I wanna make you smile whenever you’re sad, I’ll even let you hold the remote control, so let me do the dishes in the kitchen sink, put you to bed when you’ve had too much to drink, Oh I could be the man to grow old with you. I wanna grow old with you.”

  • Elvis and Priscilla were married on May 1, 1967 in Milton Prell’s suite at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their civil ceremony was performed by Nevada Supreme Court Justice David Zenoff. The maid of honor was Michelle Beaulieu and best men were Marty Lacker and Joe Esposito.
According to a Las Vegas SUN news report about their wedding, “Presley wore a black brocade silk tuxedo and Western boots, while Priscilla wore a floor-length wedding gown of her own design: white silk chiffon, with beaded yoke, trimmed in seed pearls and topped with a three-foot tulle veil secured by a rhinestone crown.”

  • I had such an amazing weekend with you

Although we weren’t able to go to Ocean City as planned, I believe this spontaneous weekend would have definitely had the beach beat.

On Friday we drove around struggling to figure out what it is we would do and ended up going to the movies with SuSu and 연성 to see Brave (which was pretty amazing and heartfelt). We went ice-skating just for a few minutes afterwards at the Fairfax Ice Arena and got a really good discount since they were closing.

On Saturday SuSu and I went out to run some errands and looked around a few shopping centers. When we got back home, we got ready to go to Lil’ Thingamujigs since you were set on buying me something cute and special (a beer stuffed toy). Afterwards we went to Shilla Bakery had some dessert, and met up with Linda and her boyfriend. We had dinner at Miso Fusion Restaurant and you ordered me 비빔밥 with chicken 돈까스 (which came with an appetizer as well as dessert). And to finish the day off, we went ice skating again for an hour and a half. ^^

On Sunday we went out to Georgetown to Georgetown Cupcake with SuSu. We ate our cupcakes, and took a stroll down to the Georgetown Riverfront since it wasn’t too far. We walked down the street checking out stores and ended up eating at Mai Thai since I was fixed on eating some Thai food. Afterwards we drove around D.C. and went back to Annandale to pick up your friends: Mac, Cody, and Haneef. I met Haneef and your best friend Cody for the first time. It was really great to finally meet him. We went back to your place to drink a few beers and the bottle of rum I brought. We played Kings and had a really good time.

Such an eventful weekend. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. ^^
